few simple steps to getting the best images... • Booking the Shoot - E-mail us or give us a call. Click on the contact link for contact info. • The Photoshoot - The photoshoots range from 2 1/2 hours to full day shoots depending on the shoot you select (please click on rates for the various shoots). We have hair and makeup people we can refer you to, please ask. We shoot a variety of images to include headshots and bodyshots or images as requested. • View Your Photoshoot Online - Once your shoot is complete, your images are then edited down to the best images. We will edit the pictures to only the best images from the shoot for you to select from. You will still have a large pool of images to select from. These images are then placed online on your own code protected webpage where you can view the selected images for a period of 5 weeks. This is also a good opportunity to alert your agent or manager that your images are online and get them to help you select the images which would be to most appropriate for your book. • Ordering your images - Once your images are online you are then able to order the images you require for your book. ***It takes about 10 working days to receive your images. |

Photo shoot-Terms
& Conditions • Photoshoots are by appointment only. • Cancellations must be given 24 hours prior to the shoot to enable us to reschedule. • Payment for the shoot and also hair & makeup is due on the day unless a prior arrangement has been made. • Print and CD must be paid in advance and require 5-10 days to process. • Ordered prints are cleaned up and prepared for final output at the discretion of the print retoucher. If specific instructions are requested for retouch a fee would be incurred depending on requirements. • Original digital files are stored for a period of nine months from the date of the shoot and then disposed of. • Retouched images are stored for a period of one year from the date of the shoot and then disposed of. • Online directories are stored online for a period of six weeks and are then removed. |

SHOOT INFO Print Prices (All prints include basic retouch and cleanup) 8 x 10 or 9 x 12 Matt or Glossy Print - $25.00 12x18 Double Page Matt Print (landscape) - $45.00 11 x 14 Matt or Glossy Print - $35.00 Black and White hand finished and processed prints extra. Please inquire for pricing. All print orders receive a CD with the finished ordered prints. Retouching is based on a $85 per hour standard rate. CD purchase: $75.00 for a CD with the full size un-retouched images from the photo shoot which were displayed on the website.

NOTICE: All images supplied online, by print or on CD remains the property of the photographer. Images cannot be used commercially, sold, used for publication unless prior arrangements are made. The copyright of photos remains the property of the photographer. This is basic copyright law. Images can only be used on agency websites, personal portfolios or anything which is strictly for personal promotion. If you require to use the images for sale you will need a license of rights.
